BAWKbawk bak BAWK! Egg song from a rooster?

Been hearing egg song daily around 9 a.m. for 2 weeks. I go to coop, no egg, no bird. Been getting eggs consistently for a month, just nothing after egg song. I started watching, thinking bird eggbound or new layer-nope.
I caught the guilty bird 3 days ago. My rooster stood on picnic table singing egg song for a good 10 min. Since then every morning 9ish he hops on picnic table and starts singing. Why?

Maybe he is giving the "land animal alarm"? It is very similar to the egg song.

If my hens are down in the thicket behind my barn and my rooster can’t locate them quickly, he’ll do that and some of the hens will respond where he can keep in touch. I also agree with @SoftSilkie, both of those are reasons they’ll do it too.

I caught my newest cockeral, who is about 15ish weeks old joining in with the egg song once. He's only done it that one time that I was aware of... Other than that I'm not sure how normal that is.

Ha!! Remember the first time I heard the whole flock 'singing' about eggs.
Had only had them a week or so and freaked out, ran down thinking they all would be dead, but nope just the support chorus, with the cock standing up high and giving it all he had!!
