I'm so sorry I know what you're going through. I've just lost three in three days. This is my first flock and my first losses. Mine roam free all day as well. I am at a complete loss as to how to prevent another attack, today they are staying up because yesterday I had to witness it and spend an hour finding the twelve others and convincing them to come out of the woods and go to bed.
