WOOOOOOOOO Jeremy how exciting. Hows the wheatie..sorry since mines gone I'm rooting for this one!!!!! I found someone to take my Dark brahma's WOOOOOOOO just gotta take them to stockton and I might have found my silkie roo a girl friend Double WOO so my New years chicks hatched early so I hatched 2 BLRW.

Lookee what I've got today! BCM babies for my olive egger project! Kudos to broody Cochin mom (The Ferocious!). One more just hatched, so I have 4/5 with fifth pipping under mama. That would mean 100% hatch rate if the last little one makes it! Wowie!
Ahh. Life is good.

What cute bebe's! Hey all how's it goin?! We got a bator for xmas and I wanted to start getting carried away a bit. We have 20 of our mutt eggs in there atm only on day one so not sure how well our roo has done yet. It's our first go at it. I'm going to assume a decent amount of them will be duds or roo's so I wanted to start looking for more eggs to hatch. I'm not dead set on any one breed so I wanted to get a feel for what is around locally. I tried a craigslist ad but only got a response or two so I figured this would be the place to look. We will probably end up at the Stockton show on Sat. if that helps broaden the spectrum any. Thanks!

I just read what I wrote to realize that I am being way too vague... Ok so I've noticed I like kinda oddball breeds like Turkens and such. Welsummers, BCM's etc would be great as well. Maybe some of Jeremy's wheaten eggs if they become available etc. Or some super dark eggs. Or anything that might be tempting like LF Cochins! Such the enabler and my DW is just as bad.
