It's horrid. And then my Dad says....We should have done this ( Make the big coop) In the first place!! I"m like AHHHHHHHHHHHH

I'm trying to fight the urge to buy more eggs...very tempting...

I'm working on expanding my outdoor brooder/grow out coop right now for the Orp chicks that are currently still living in my laundry room... we cart them outside during the day to their own run but then still get brought inside during the nighttime, mostly because we've been dragging our feet on fixing the brooder.

That said, as soon as they are out of the brooder it will then become my Sumatra breeding pen, my Sumatra pair will be moved in and as long as Poe keeps his mouth shut he'll be able to stay here at my place and I'll start incubating eggs as soon as they're fertile. Hopefully he doesn't find his crow anytime soon...

Jeremy, my roo rarely crows, but when he does it's cool. Like a jungle sound. Not sure what area you live in, but if you're anywhere near the zoo, maybe it will through off the neighbors. LOL

Could we switch the photo time around, so that it would be after the raffle? I think a few of us said we couldn't stay until 4 p.m. (I'm one of them) and would appreciate an earlier group photo time.

Jeremy I posted again about this weekend and it's already in the first post on the California thread. You might want to get in there and promote and make sure the info about food and the raffle gets mentioned. I can add the links, but I know I miss links sometimes, so maybe a personal invite can get you a few more people to show up.

God this flu bug has kicked my butt royally, I"m over most of it just my lungs it feels like I'm coughing them up lol. Still don't have the slightest idea what to make for Saturday.....
