Thank you, Jeremy & Cheryl! For some reason, I thought that they got them from McMurray. I don't know where I got that from!

I'm sure glad that I checked before posting! I am taking pics tomorrow and will be sure to share them here. My camera battery needed charging today and I misplaced the charger. We are doing some remodeling in the kitchen and I was sure that DH put it somewhere while I was at work. But I found it after much searching just where I had put it away. The sad thing is that I had already checked that drawer twice before finding it! There are some things about aging that are no fun!

I'm going to post pics of the SS sisters on the show quality SS thread. They are far from show quality but they are critiquing any and all SS to help us all learn the SOP for the breed. I will also post here some pics of our Blue Langshan who also came from Concord Feed. Bijou is one of the most beautiful birds that we have!

I just went on Privett's website to look at pics of their Blue Langshans. Will someone look at this page and tell me if this is really what a BL should look like? This bird looks like it has splash coloring. My blue looks very different!

Oh, good! Yep, that's what my girl looks like! She was an impulse buy last spring along with a Buff Brahma. They have ended up being two of my favorite hens! Here is a pic of Bijou when she was younger.

She is bigger and even more beautiful now!

Thank you, Cheryl! She looks so tiny in this pic. She is a large, stately bird now. She's almost as tall as our Buff Brahma but not quite as wide. I haven't taken any pics of the chooks for several weeks. I hope that it is nice out tomorrow so I can snap a few.
