Bay Area BYCers!

Oh oh oh......I love the Creole look too but haven't seen that in English Orps yet. I really need to spend some time researching. I never seem to "get to" all that I want to learn about chickens.....LOL
Jeremy the babies are doing fine. They seem so small compared to the Buffs which are 5 whole months older than them. I sent you a PM on their breeding. I can't wait to see them full grown.
The dark blue regular Orp I got from Cheryl looks great to me. She is from Gumpsgirl who has absolutely no English blood in her line so I guess I haven't really figured out the differences yet. Jimm Sallee said the Orps are all entered together at the show. I don't know where the separation occurs.

Anyone around here have a Silver Laced Wyandotte cockerel or rooster to spare??? Julie brought me some beautiful feathers from hers & I do not have that breed. I am going upstairs to make earrings from them right now........ I guess I can go to the auction & see what they have.
Hey Taylor, you go every Monday don't you??Do you ever see Silver laced????
Thanks
Karen

TLS Ranch, here in the Bay Area has Barnies.

So does Paul Pleece, he lives in Concord.

So silly I was IMing paul this morning!!

I haven't spoke with him in awhile, how is he doing?

Thanks for all your responses guys/gals. Jules says she will save me feathers so I don't have to add yet another breed to my managerie. So that lets me off the hook for adding SL Wyandottes. I don't know what I will do about the Barnevelder. I hate that I can't find what I need more locally. I dread all the travel time......................... I have already done so much of it to get where I am. Listen to me whine.......LOL
