I do sometimes! Right now mine are on hiatus, and I want to hatch, so I'm buying some myself... they will arrive today! I'm so excited!
One batch is pure selfishness... they are just 'pretty' eggs and will be pretty egg layers... (pinks, blues and greens! several shades of each!)
but one is Black Copper marans, which I love... my pair is pretty but my roo needs an upgrade.
I don't need an EE, sorry... My egg layers will just have to do with a cull if they even get that... hehe...
What kind of eggs are you looking for jeremy?
I should have some Welsummers, BCMs, and maybe some mixed barnyard chickens in a few weeks when they start up again. I am also probably separating my one frizzle roo from the Cuckoos so I can try hatching a few of those again, but those hens are gettin old... so doubt fertility will be optimal...
I love to hatch and share tho!
What do your Wellie eggs look like? I would love some super speckled terra cotta colored eggs for my basket!
