From mediazeal?

Yes

This is the first time I've pick eggs up from her, but right after my husband died I went out and got Bantam Wellies and Penes from her.

Kristi is a sweetheart!

I wish I was closer to her, I'd love some more chocolate eggers for my layer flock.

woohoo, ziggy is finally "getting busy" with sadie and fanny, so Silver Pencilled Plymouth Rock chicks are not far away...let the breeding begin!! Can wait to incubate MY OWN EGGS!!!

It felt pretty good putting my own eggs in the bator yesterday, I'm just hoping 10 days from now there will be signs of life inside those pretty little eggs.

Did you check your eggs for the bullseye before setting the others?

Jeremy what are you looking for?

It's auction day! I love Mondays. Bet most people don't think that way. LOL

I have a breeder from Montery meeting me. So if she actually shows up, I'll post picks of my new birds. I rarely buy birds from the auction, but it's a good place to meet breeders who have what you want. I also find my buyers that way. Gotta get my quail going. I have lots of buyers for them.

Almost forgot!

My FBCM pullets are laying little bitty eggs!

Everyone has been hanging out at the nest boxes again.

I can't wait! I'm getting this place back together (mind and body has been disfunctional since Bill died) and I'm working on the Sportsman. I'm hoping to fill that thing up again soon.

Wish my Favs were older!

I do think my bantam Wellies are going to be starting soon too. I love the roo, but have 4 in the brooder, so may have 4 soon. LOL

I get to indroduce my new Game roo to my girls this week too, so I'll have those colorful roos pretty soon.

I put my BR in with my black AM roo. She's reddening up fast and has always been an awesome layer, so I may get some EEs to sell at the auction. Those things usually go for $15 or more for POL, so I'm seeing an easier way to pay for feed in the future. Sure would be nice, because I'm barely paying the rent around here.

Think I'm going to put some laying and fertility charms on all my coops.

Nope, I'm not cracking any of these eggs open, they are too special for me. I'll candle to check fertility. All of the brown eggs we have been eating for breakfast have been fertile though!

Anything dark really. & reasonably priced.

I really would like a dark, super speckledly Welsummer for my flock.
