Yes, just the two so far ... do you think the other three that you candled stand a chance?

Daphne, if they haven't hatched by the end of this week I would take them out from under her. The only reason I could they that they might not have hatched already is because she has been moved off of the eggs on different occasions, when that happens if the eggs get chilled it's like the incubation period gets paused and if they get too cold the embryos could die. When I candled though I definitely saw development indicative of the end of the incubation cycle, there looked to be big chicks in those eggs!

I'm having some business cards printed, here's the rough draft.

Whaddy'all think? I wanted something simple, but colorful. I keep finding myself having conversations about chickens, gardening and our micro farm. As the conversation closes I'm always asked for a business card that I haven't been able to give. I always feel kind of dumb trying to find a piece of scrap paper to scrawl my name and phone number on, so I felt it was time to have something made. I'm kind of excited, I feel like it's bringing life to our little operation.

I won't be breeding using Wheatens, so he's gotta go to a new home. He is directly from Paul Smith.
