Bay Area BYCers!

Well, lets talk - I certainly have room, but my flock free ranges all over my front yard...aka the front pasture as well as the back area. I am not sure how I would feel about birds on the property that aren't mine. People would be ok though parking for about 10 cars. Who is this Walt guy anyway??? I am not sure he could find my house!

Maureen, Walt is the judge we met at the Heirloom festival. He is local to us up here in Sonoma County. What about where they held the UC Davis poultry vet talk last Fall? Is that the Sonoma County extension office? Daphne, do you remember? It was up on Airport Blvd--near the first gas station. Kim, would people have to bring their own birds, or would Walt just need a few for explanation purposes?

I can do it with or without birds. I am just to busy these next few months to drive too far to do this. Maureen knows who I am. lol

Walt

Poor Walt. A simple suggestion and you are attacked from all sides. I really hope we find a convienient place to do this and you aren't too put out. But on a good note, look how much you're needed and wanted. LOL

honestly we could do it at my house...and I am pretty sure Walt could walk here from his house :p I just need to get my hubbys shoulder surgery done before i can schedule it. He should be in for surgery anyday we are waiting on workmans comp :(

Well Walt is so busy these days I'm sure he wouldn't mind waiting.

Hope your husband's surgery goes good.

Thanks so much - me too he had an accident at work almost 4 years ago now. I just want him to get some relief from his pain. He had cervical fusions at C5, 6 and 7, but his main complaint has always been shoulder....after 4 years of pain, lawyers, and the state getting involved they have decided that physical therapy isnt fixing it. He has a torn rotator cuff and detached tendon.....I wont tell you what I think of Kaiser as an employer.
