UUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG, my dad and husband are going turkey huntin down to St Francisville next week. I'll make sure he brings me some back AND some gotta have some of those cracklins too.

My most favoritest place when I moved back home in 2006 was Landrys in Kaplan. It was a boiled crawfish drive through! They have another one in Broussard called LT's right behind my moms house.

no its usually rice and ground meat stuffed in a casing. The casing used to be pig intestines but its artificial now...

There's a drive thru in Moss Bluff and the kids beg to get some all the time! They have cracklin too. Man, I'm getting hungry.
