I picked up two turkey poults today, the hatchery carries the three breeds listed above. These guys have a reddish tinge to some of their down. They also have a little thing above their beaks (a little furry "pimple"), though that may be normal on all turkeys. Any clues on which breed? I'll grab a pic of them.

I don't know what breed it is but the white hollands I just hatched are pretty white, no red at all and the round button or pimple on top of their beak is normal.
My guess would be the bourbon red, I have some if those in the bator now and I can't wait for them to hatch.

Awesome, thank you. The feed store said that they didn't think that they were the Hollands either (I think they're in the "fancy" category or something). The pics that google brings up for bourbon red poults all seem to be darker than these guys. They're pretty well white, just very lightly tinged reddish on the heads. What's the button thinger on their heads do?

My bourbon reds do not look like that at all, but the look the same as my midget whites did last year when they hatched. Bourbon reds are more buff colored all over their bodies, and their baby flight feathers are pale tanish.
