I like cutting a few pork chops up into bite size pieces then brown in a frying pan. After take them out make a roux with the drippings. Cut up onions bell peppers celery add that to the roux let it all caramelize then add the pork back with some water or milk depending on mood, all still in the deep frying pan. Let it cook down a while till thick then put it over rice with French bread

None of that new age weird stuff like fruit
