I love pork. This was a thin chop with only salt and pepper for seasoning/ It was cooked until the fat turned red.Alas, I do not care for pork chops.

Pounded thin, breaded, and fried, I will tolerate them. But I think that is only because fried things are yummyI love pork. This was a thin chop with only salt and pepper for seasoning/ It was cooked until the fat turned red.
My mother always breaded and fried them or occasionally would stuff them.
Much as I enjoy cured pork products and charcuterie (sausage, ham, prosciutto, bacon etc.) I do not enjoy most other cuts of pork.Neither do I unless it’s one of those.
