Much as I enjoy cured pork products and charcuterie (sausage, ham, prosciutto, bacon etc.) I do not enjoy most other cuts of pork.
I hate most pork products :oops: they’re all way too salty and not good 😂🤣

Ham and sausage is okay but not a favorite. And the ham has to be good like honey glazed and/or brown sugar or something. And have pineapple and scalloped potatoes with it. We had a ham recently that was absolutely vile and nobody could eat it. 😂🤮
 
Looked it up and apparently the plum thing is usually pork tenderloin not chops :oops: I forgot. We might have done chops with it before? But yeah, it’s definitely usually with tenderloin. And it’s balsamic plum reduction not just plum which sounds right. Either way, it is delicious. And there are numerous recipes for it 😜 you don’t even really taste the plum when it’s reduced LOL

You really do have a thing for pork with fruit :lol: And I love salt so at least that is not a problem for me
