I’ve never had duck before but that sounds amazing. Oh and I looked it up cause I was curious and apparently even my mom’s weird a** breaded orange juice chops are a thing too though a lot less popular than the others and took more digging lol

My bil cooked some duck breasts wrapped in bacon. It looked and smelled great but I couldn't get past the wild taste of wild teal.
