Even the grackles have eaten the goldfish. They are prolific reproducing little carp. There are toads and salamanders too.

I see call, runner, mallard, etc. Is a duck a duck for dinner purposes or is there better dinner ducks and better egg ducks.

Is there dual purpose dux?

He was awfully pretty .. but he maimed two of my sweet girls and I'd had enough of him by then.

I suppose any duck can be a dinner duck. Calls are pretty small but bigger than quail and people eat those

Pekins are the meat ducks. White layers are the egg producers.

Any are edible. Calls get sold pretty much as pets.
