Aw Are you sensitive to nitrites/nitrates? I loves me some bacon! Sadly our local meat markets bacon is SO salty you cant eat it. Forcing me to stick with grocery store bacon

I think so cause hotdogs and most sausage do it too unless I get the Jone’s without that stuff. I think it might the salt too. Not sure.
