Use the shape of the state (Massachusetts isn't that complicated) or something that represents the state. You can get a piece of thin metal and form it into the cutting shape. Use your homemade cutter to cut the dough just like you would for cookie dough.

Apparently they make Florida, Ohio, New Jersey state noodles and the Texas ones also popped up right away but those are the only ones I can find

Hmm that’s a good idea!! And I guess it really isn’t that complicated! Just a rectangle with a hook, right? Doesn’t have to be exact or perfect like I was thinking

Although I don’t really eat pasta that much anyway so maybe I could make Massachusetts dog treats or something instead.
