Beagle has strange wart between her eyes

Hi there everyone!!
My poor 12 year old beagle has this wart between her eyes and I believe it's getting bigger. I've read where certain types of dogs get them but nothing on how to treat it to go away. I've been squeezing my vitamin E pills on the thing for two months every day! I'm over it. She's still my beautiful baby girl!
If anyone has any ideas, that would be appreciated!

Old dogs gets warts, skin tags, and bumps unfortunately. No they don't go away! Ugh, humans age like this too.

Leave it be, and post a pic so we can see her full beauty.

Lol! Yeaa she has tags and molies here and there , always has. Im only concerned about it getting ripped off in one of her face washings she gives herself .
Her nails I keep as short as possible and so far so good. So anyways, that's my girl chloe'.

If your senior dog hasn’t had a checkup lately take her in and ask the veterinarian to snip it off. If it has a narrow pedicle or base it could just be snipped and use styptic to stop bleeding.

Get a Vet to do a skin biopsy to look for cancer. Hopefully it's nothing.

Well with dogs it can grow fast because of how they age quickly so a sooner visit could save her if if it's a cancerous tumour.

This does not look like the benign fatty tumors or warts my older dogs have come up with. It looks ugly and potentially serious. If she were my dog I would have it checked out ASAP.

It might be benign. I would have no way of knowing. However, if memory serves, I think I saw a similar one on Dr. Pol and it was not benign. I could be wrong. Probably am, but if one of my dogs came up with something like that I would have it checked by the vet, like yesterday.
