Google FishZole, AquaZole, and metronidazole for fish. do a double check before placing an order that what you are getting are 250 mg metronidazole. Of course, brand name Flagyl will also work, but it will be hard to find without a prescription.

Petsmart or Petco may carry API General Cure which contains metronidazole, but if you buy it, be sure and check the label for ingredients.

I'll have to weigh her. She's very light at the moment since she became sick and lost weight.

Give ~23 mg per pound of body orally once or twice a day. The pills you bought should be 100 mg each, so one pill will treat 4 pounds.
