Beak problem

Tried trimming but no better. What do I do?

Ohhhh my...I can tell you what I personally do but I'm not telling you what to do. In my experience crossed beaks get worse as the chicks grow, much worse. A lot of the time they struggle to eat and drink which can lead them to failure to thrive. They usually end up starving. Myself I cull them, I tried keeping one before and she made it 9 mths before I had to put her out of her misery. If you have time and can give special attention to make sure they eat soft foods and drink they can be kept alive and thrive well. Some people are ok with special needs chickens, me on the other hand, I work full time so don't have the time to hand feed a chicken its whole life or make sure it's getting properly fed.
