Hello!
I have a 18 week silver laced wyandotte and I came to check on them and her beak was all bloodied!
It looks like the top layer of the front beak had chipped off. It seems like she’s in pain and eats very carefully.
Is there anything I can do to help her? Will it grow back?

Aww! She's going to be sore for a few days.
It's not cracked across it is it?

Looks like the outer layer has been peeled off, so it will be tender. I generally don't do anything for something like. I leave the bird with the flock and just check to see that they are drinking well and eating a little. With mine that I've had like that, the layer underneath will harden up and yes (for me) eventually that grows or fills back in. She's young, so I don't see where she should have any trouble healing. It's just going to some time.

A peeled beak like that is usually from them sticking their beak through wire (hardware cloth?) probably trying to grab a bug or even a blade of grass on that's on the other side or possibly hanging it up on a sharp edge of a feeder.
