Beak turned red What's going on?!

Lise is the top of her pecking flock of only 4 hens. She and the other leghorn have had basic yellow beaks that started to change to this weird red color over the past week. The other hen is just fine. Lise isn't showing any signs of being ill. Eats well and very outgoing. Eats and drinks from plastic feeders. Any ideas? Is this something that needs treatment?

She hurt it. Could've been pecked or got it stuck in a hole, but it'll heal on its own. It also looks like she's shedding some skin there too. Which could affect it.

Just an update on Lise's red nose. A month later, you can't even tell she had the bruise. Everything is back to normal and she's laying the largest eggs of the flock!
