Beans are bad?

I think your chickens are going to be fine.

Dry legumes, including kidney beans and soybeans, have "antinutrients" that interfere with digestion. Cooking makes them more useful as food. Some uncooked beans, actually have some toxins and, I guess, are fairly dangerous.

Antinutrients not only decrease the usefulness of uncooked beans but they interfere with the digestion of other food in the diet.

Green beans have very immature seeds inside. I don't think there's much reason to be concerned unless you are throwing the balance of their rations off by feeding too many.

. . . just my 2¢.

When I read the list and it said that green beans were toxic I felt as Steve did

If the green beans seeds were dry and colored brown or black
THEN you would not feed the chickens the green beans as such

then you are just adding to the toxin that is in the seeds

we geenerally fed the bean plants to the chickens when they got big beans on them that DID NOT have dried beans on them

so the green beans you eat are okay for feeding left overs to the chickens
