Ok, so no dried beans, but how about soaked beans?

No, no raw soaked beans. If you soak and cook them so you can eat them they are then OK for chickens, but they have to be very well cooked before you neutralize the lectins, which are the toxins in dried beans. Soak, rinse, and cook very well, they are OK. Raw or uncooked, no.
