Bear Cub in Grocery Store

Talking from experience, if there is a cub, the mom is close by. I stood in my back door once when I lived in Bishop, CA and watched a baby bear cub shred my laundry and I never did see mom, but in the morning, trash was EVERYWHERE!!!!!! We had community dumpsters there, and the trash was all over the place.

At the end you can hear the baby bear crying, because he is scared. As I watched both videos and both when the cub cried, My big dog came to comfort me. I didn't say a peep the 2nd time the cub cried, and yet Big Dog wanted to comfort me. I love this dog.

My first thought was what a smart cub, he found and ended up in the food he could eat. I still hope that he is okay. If they just dumped him outside of store, then he should go very far if he is on his own. They will see the cub hanging around. So it is possible that mom wasn't far away. I'm going think that it will end with the cub and mom together.

Never had moose, I'm planning a trip to maine, hope to try some moose.
