Beautiful Rooster needs to know what breed he is please help

This beautiful guy is a friend's but she had no idea what breed(s) he is. Please help and thank you so much.

I just looked at the breeds section and came up with these two in the first couple pages.

closer pics might help figure it out.
Pick a couple that look similar then look them up in an image search and try to find one that looks the same.

Some sort of game bird; other than that, I can't tell you much. I'm not good with determining exact game bird breeds.

Except the OP's bird has red earlobes and a modified pea comb that flops over. Pretty bird though.
