Be sure to take her in today for either an exray or a cleanout shot to make sure nothing is left in there. If she is not cleaned out, you can get deadly infection that can kill her and can also make her milk poisonous and kill the puppies.
Make sure the puppies are clearing all her breasts. Check all breasts twice a day for any that are hot or firm, the first signs of mastitis. If you have a breast that is firm, put the hardest nursing puppy on it.
Keep a temp chart on your grump for at least 10 days, am and pm. A temp elevation can be your first sign of something amiss such as infection or mastitis.
Healthy puppies are round, feel heavy and full, and are quiet. Crying puppies may need to void (present the rear to the mom for cleaning) or may need to burp.
Colostrum makes for VERY sticky poop. For the first 3-4 days, keep a close eye on the rears. If it gets built up it is VERY hard to remove, so keeping up with this makes everyone much happier. Once the regular milk comes in, the sticky butts go away.
Best of luck with them, and I hope you put up lots of pictures.
