Bedding sand vs all purpose sand

I called a local company and they recommended bedding sand rather than all purpose sand to use in my coop and run. Has anyone used it for their coop and run. Thanks for your help!

Im not sure what they mean by bedding sand because I've realized there's alot of different names for sands even though thy r the same kind (I've been doing alot of research on sand for coops as well) but if its a fine sand then no you would not want to use it. They say not to use fine sand because the chickens eat it and it can compact their crop. You want to find a course sand.
