Everything seems back to normal now have to patch a hole in the floor tommorrow, gives me something to roll out of bed in the am looking forward to do. They usually freeze couple times a year, plumbing wasnt invented till after the house was built, so they converted the back porch into a bathroom, and didnt do a very good job of insulating, pipes are against an outside brick wall. when I win the lotto I will tear that part down and put pipes where they should be.(who am I fooling when I win the lotto I am moving into my new house, and my wife can worry about this old house)

Wow Buster, I could just imagine Napoleon Dynamite riding his bike right in front of that house. Had I seen a llama in the field to the right, I would have laughed. Hard.

No llamas here either. What the heck would I do with a llama?

BTW, we really liked the driveway on this place when we were looking to buy it. You can park 9 or 10 cars on it at once (believe me, we have). Then we moved in and the first snow storm came and we realized how long it takes to shovel a driveway of those proportions. It's daunting to say the least. We have plans in the works for a snow blower next year.
