Before I make a mistake & find a new home for my EE...

Before I decide to give my EE a new home, I want to get another round of opinions on if Lucy is a Lucky. I'm pretty convinced, but not 100% sure. (S)he is quiet, but is aggressive to my smaller chicks (esp. my d'uccle, the smallest). Lucy's comb is the reddest of all my chicks and is 9 weeks. Would really appreciate opinions!
