Beginner needs advice on Waterers and Feeders!

I think the message I'm getting is that you just have to see what works for you. As it'll be my first time raising chicks, I'm bound to make some mistakes! I just want to do everything in power that the mistakes don't mean the loss of a chick... luckily, most chick supplies are reasonably priced!

I had a lot of issues, especially with my guineas, with them knocking over their waterers. The solution I came up with was to make a wire, like the ones that hold rabbit waterers, to attach it to the side.
