Beginner: What Chickens should I get?

Could you tell me what to look for as far as physical signs of illness? The Americauna is the one who had the strange poops. The poops under the roost look pretty normal to me now but I don know much about chicken poop (yet).

Sneezing, coughing, nasal discharge, bubbly discharge from eyes, lethargic, droopy wings, not eating or drinking.

Also be sure to check them over for lice and mites.

Thanks for the chart. I have a pic of one of the poops I was concerned about but according to the chart it may be normal.

I did see the Americana sneeze once but has not done it again that I can see.

An occasional sneeze is ok, sometimes it can be due to dust or something temporary in the nostril. If it is continual sneezing and then the others start also, that is not normal.
