Beginning of angel wing or just developing feathers? Help please

I know I ask a lot of questions, but does this look like angel wing on my little drake? Or is it just his feathers coming in? If it does look like that, what should we do?

He's around 7 weeks old. Been fed Purina flock raiser since pretty much the beginning, some unmedicated chick starter at first (what he was eating when I got him around 2 weeks old). They get brewer's yeast as well.

He and the other 3 are currently in a tractor supply coop over grass. Usually let them out to graze for a short time each day (letting them grow a bit more before introducing them to my free range flock). They've had watermelon maybe twice? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

ETA - I did not incubate this duck, but I know that the gal who did lost power while he was in the incubator (hence his three "replacement egg" friends here). I don't know for how long, but probably several hours at least. We had a line of bad storms on Easter. She was surprised he hatched. Not sure if that matters.

@R2elk we talked a few weeks back about flock raiser probably not having enough protein to cause angel wing, I'd appreciate your expertise, thanks! Having a h*ll of a run of bad luck over here 😭

Would appreciate anyone's advice! We've added some oats to their food this morning to drop the protein level, and we've ordered some alfalfa pellets. Anyone with experience fixing this with diet alone or do we need to wrap his wings if this even is angel wing?
