Beginning of angel wing or just developing feathers? Help please

In my experience, Angel Wing is caused more by genetics rather than protein. Flock raiser is a perfect nutritionally complete feed for poultry, I would continue to feed that.
Thank you! All I know about him is that he's probably a Welsh Harlequin x Roeun and he survived an hours long power outage while incubating. His buddies are supposedly Welsh Harlequin x Cayuga (the Cayuga is pretty obvious with them). They're about 2 weeks younger, I don't want them to develop this. They came from the same place and may share a parent, so I'll keep a close watch on them. Thank you again! I know you're tagged in at least a million posts.

Those are both two different ducks right? Which one was the original duck you posted about? The first picture is looking great!
Yes, those are two different ducks. The one on the left, the brown one, was the one with the original problem. Keeping on an eye on his friend, possible half sibling or other relative.
