That’s so great I’m lucky to have very docile breeds of chickens, so was able to keep two roosters from my hatches this year to integrate into the flock. Now I have 20 hens and 3 roos - found a good home for another two, one of which wasn’t working with the flock as he was too gentle and let the other roos rough him up too much He has a wonderful home now though ❤

that’s good that he has a good home , i drive my family insane because i also go and buy roosters from people who just want to eat them and i always make sure i find them a safe and wonderful home
