Chapter 9
A polar bear picked me up in his jaws. "Giddy up, horsey!" Amber shrieked playfully, hanging on to me. And so it seems that the boys got to kill three snow leopards and one polar bear. We climbed higher. "Almost there!" I yelled. Amber's head shot up. No fooling around with her anymore! Finally, we made it to the top of Mount Arabia! "Watch out below!" shouted a voice. I jumped. "Who's that?" "It's me, Dune!" squeaked a little rooster. "Um...tell us how you got here." Dodger said plainly. "A polar bear killed me, but I felt it that you would be here to revive me!" Dune slipped under my legs. "What do you think you're doing? We have to get home, you know." I said seriously. "We're definitely taking you with us." Amber shoved Dune onto her back. But this meant that we'd be passing what we passed on our way here! Our enemies. But wait...the music stand! Yay! "Does anyone know where Dune went?" Amber asked. I looked. He wasn't there. Uh-oh.
