benefits of fresh eggs?

One thing my steady customers always mention is that they don't spread all over the pan when they fry them. They also mention better taste and darker yoke.

I get about 18 dozen eggs a week and never have any left. Once you get a customer base, they WILL come back.

Brown eggs are popular down here.......although I can't tell any difference. I have one customer that insists on white but the rest prefer brown.

I always make sure my egg shells are clean and I put my own labels on the carton.

The RIR's are the most prolific of the bunch...at least I think that is the case.
