Two of my 16 birds suddenly have what look like bent toes (each has one bent toe), as if they were caught in a fence or the roost somehow. They seem to be walking okay still. Should I splint them or just leave them alone?

Upon closer inspection, one hen has the same toe on each foot bent backward - doubled back even. It's the outside toe on each foot. Perhaps this is a deformity? Another hen has one toe (again, the outside toe) bent at an angle greater than 90 degrees.

Hello, I’m curious what you did? I just got a hen with two matching toes bend inwards are sharp right-angles. She’s already 16weeks it doesn’t seem to be curly rather bent like a coat hanger.
