Just got back from the Asian market. No boxes but I got a huge bag of rice, hot dumpling sauce, dumpling wrappers and soy sauce. Their prices are amazing!

What do you pay for a bento box. I have friend stationed in Japan right now and I talked to him this morning and he's gonna pick me up a couple. The sell for around $4-7 in Japan.

I agree! Very lucky! I got the box and a bag, no bottle and probably paid around $30 with shipping. My son's came from jbox and it was a bit more.

Henrietta: Hope your son loved his lunch!! Yesteday my DS told me that the kids were telling him his food was gross, so he threw it away. He was starving when he got home. I told him that he can't let other people form his opinions (thats my job

) and I was sorry that he got teased. I also told him that I don't spend so much time packing a nice lunch for him just to have him throw it away. So, today he got to have a hot lunch of Salisbury Steak instead of a lovingly packed bento.

I am crossing my fingers that he has learned to eat his lunch, no matter what the other dear little children say...
