I am planning a berry patch that I am planning on using the fence that makes up one side of the chicken run. Are there any types of berries I shouldn't let the chickens eat?

Suess, do you want any berries for yourself?

Personally, I can't imagine any domestically grown & marketed berry plant being toxic to a chicken. But maybe DLHunicorn can help here...

I am planning on having a few for myself. I am planting them far enough away that little beaks won't reach the baby plants.

And I am only planning on 3 or 4 on their fence with the intent of providing a little extra shade to that side of the run during the summer. Other plants will be planted away from their fence, those will be the ones with the most intent of being eaten by humans.
