Best bait for a mink

I have a mink problem... i have tried using the kills but that doesn't seem to appeal to it.

What is my next best option? i need to catch this bloody thing before it wipes out my entire my chicken flock.

To update i have baited my trap with some cat food at least for tonight as i had it on hand, still open to other suggestions. Hopefully i catch something.

OMG please kill trap those evil weasels. I had a raccoon stalking my coop. He was dead the next day....I trapped him, my mom shot him. (I don't own a gun)

I watched a Youtube video of this guy from Canada who had trained Mink to kill rats, maybe get a rat at the pet store (sorry pet people, they feed them to snakes so , just saying...) and put that as bait.

I kinda doubt many of us have rats as pets as there are sooo many complaints about them coming into our coops now, but, hey, who knows??
