Best Breed that's CALM, High Egg Production, and cold hearty(NJ)

Does anyone have any suggestions I was thinking Austrolorp, Wyandotte or Rhode Island Red. I know RIRs are most common. Need 3-4 egg layers, starting out with chickens.

heritage rir, not red star or any of the others they sex link and get as baby and hand feed. i had forgotten i hand fed mine and she is sitting eggs . i wanted to look at the eggs and was able to just pick her up with no fuss and look.
