Sounds like she is actually an Easter egger. Ameraucanas lay blue eggs ONLY.

Sometimes the bloom can be heavy giving it a slight green tint. But yes you are correct that they can’t have the brown pigmentation causing darker greens like olive and what not.

Sebrights are very skittish in my opinion. My past hen does NOT like to be hold or catch. I can’t pet her either, or she will cry bloody murder and fly off. She liked her distance away from me.
