BEST egg washers?

Hello, I usually try to wash eggs with paper towel and wather... but there are something just can't get off. If I want to display and sell those eggs, I'll like to make sure all of them are perfectly clean.... What do you use to wash eggs? Powder or liquid solution? Where do you order from? Thank you!

A little piece of very fine grade sandpaper will help. I don't ever wash eggs for sale, just my preference. Lots of people do. I keep the yucky ones separated and use those, after a wash with a soft fingernail brush, to feed back to the chickens.

Eggs have a film of sorts, called the bloom, desposited on them as they are laid. My theory is that washing them removes the bloom and allows the quicker entrance of bacteria.

I don't wash eggs either other than to give them a quick once over just before I crack them open to use. I tell everyone who gets my eggs as such, they're not washed. Rinse them well just before cracking.

The best thing you can do is prevent dirty eggs. Keep your nest boxes clean and well bedded, provide a separate area for the chickens to roost, etc.
