Best gauge for hardware cloth

We've always buried our fence posts deep on account of three factors: strong winter winds off the bay, heavy snowfall with drifting, and the frostline. Thankfully our page fencing has only crimped in heavy drifting areas. I've strategically placed my coop and run in a low wind area so i'll go with the two feet depth. Thanks.

Nice looking set up. It is hard to tell from the pics, but are those all 2x4's you used? And, how far did you space them?

Yes, they are all treated 2 X 4's, spaced 3 Ft apart and it's 6.5 ft tall.
Wherever there's a joint, I doubled them, and used a few extras to tie the corners together
