Best grass to plant in a chicken run?

I have good luck sprouting wheat seeds indoors and feed them one tray a day.

Probably a much better idea than trying to grow a lawn of grass for the chickens. Trying to regrow a lawn every day or two will use up that 50 lb bag of seed in no time.
