Not sure what breeds they are, but I have found that in the wild type pattern, as in the first pic, the females tend to be darker in color as chicks. I cant really get a good read on their genders.

They look like EE's to me. Sherbert looks like a boy, I'm basing this assumption on comb size and lack of feathering combo.
