Best hatchery to order from with a minimum 3 chick order?

Why won't you buy from them?

I don't like how they operate.
They are just a middle man that takes advantage of people wanting small orders.
People can go to a more mainstream hatchery buy 15 of the same quality birds for the price mpc charges for 3 to 5 chicks.
But besides that there's a lot of little things I don't like.
Such as taking an ameracauna which they sell for 18.25 and cross it with a salmon favorelles which they sell for 4.00 and then they sell the mixed chicks for 26.00.
They do the same with super blue eggers.
They just erk me with how they screw people.

My 4 chicks were unfortunately killed shortly after my previous post. I ordered 4 more from Chickens for Backyards however today I received 6. Arrived as promised all are active and noisy, started eating and drinking right away. I really only wanted 4 and am hoping they are all hens because I can't have roosters in the city. Our max is 6 hens and wanted some leeway as mine aged to add 2 more younger ones in a couple years. No hints as to what the extras are.

New to this and just want 2-3 chicks to raise and for pets primarily and eggs 2nd. Want very sweet hens. What hatchery can you suggest that has good healthy chicks and minimum orders?
We ordered our small flock in 2013 from Meyers Hatchery. I think they have a small minimum order (can't remember the exact amount). I really liked this hatchery, and would definitely order from them again unless they didn't have what I was looking for (but they have a pretty good selection).

I have been wondering this too... Almost all online hatcheries are out of state. I'm looking for locally hatched chicks to trade.
