okay, my post was kinda scrambled up there. LOL
one thing I will say, if I'm just breeding for meat, I have no problems. I do it during the day, anytime, just throw them in and its over in a heartbeat. seriously.
when I'm breeding for show, I am out there constantly putting them in, taking them out, before daylight, after dark, 15 minutes at a stretch, all day, praying, begging, threatining, you have only a small window of time to get them bred to be the right age for the show, so its just murphy working against you.
I went out a week later, had a doe I knew hadnt bred in the 4 days I was trying so hard, and bam- they bred right off. made me so mad I would have knocked them both in the head right there if it hadnt been for the fact that the doe was the most expensive one I had bought (100.00) and she is a great speciman.
